The Villa has 3 luxurious bathrooms, including 1 en-suite bathroom in a bedroom, a 4-person indoor sauna, free WiFi, 4 toilets, a modern living-living kitchen, a very spacious living room with sitting and dining room and from the kitchen direct access to the enclosed balcony and the very private landscaped garden (approx. 1200 m2)
- on the ground floor there is the living room, dining room/kitchen and toilet
- on the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with all amenities and an en-suite bathroom
- on the top floor there are 2 more spacious bedrooms. There is also an extensive luxury wellness area with a 4-person sauna, free-standing bath, separate shower, toilet and a double sink. The high roof construction gives the rooms a very special appearance.
- the Villa is equipped with free wireless WiFi internet and Smart TV with internet connection. Directly behind the Villa is a very spacious and completely private backyard (80x20m) with play facilities for the children. 3 cars can be parked on site. Any additional cars can be parked on the street in front of or in the immediate vicinity of the house.
- in the basement there are various play options such as a football table, table tennis table, air hockey table, darts and shuffleboard. There is also a washing machine and dryer that can be used free of charge.

The house can be rented for:
- weekend (Fri-Mon),
- mid-week (Mon-Fri) or
- full week (Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri).

- departure at 10am.
- a rental agreement must always be signed
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- pets are not allowed
- young people/student groups under the age of 25 are not admitted
Villa Sorpe is located in the center of the nice village of Siedlinghausen (municipality of Winterberg), which combines a quiet location with good accessibility to the famous ski areas around Winterberg. Around Winterberg you can make beautiful descents from the Bremberg - Poppenberg - Herloh (15 km of slopes) and the Kahler Asten. Both skiers and snowboarders can choose from various well-prepared slopes (57 lifts with 60 km of slopes).
There is also plenty to do for cross-country skiers on the more than 220 km of prepared trails. Siedlinghausen exudes a cozy atmosphere in winter, where families with children in particular can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the good winter sports facilities of the Hochsauerland in peace and quiet.
Winterberg is very suitable for walkers and cyclists in the summer and there are several fun things to do in the area for children. In short, something for everyone and a beautiful place to relax!
Directly behind the house is a football field, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. The ski slopes of Winterberg are approximately a 10-minute drive away. Winterberg can be reached by car within 2-2.5 hours from the border (Arnhem). Siedlinghausen has a station. There is a direct connection to Dortmund. From the Netherlands the Adam-Utrecht-Arnhem-Oberhausen train. There change to Dortmund-Winterberg.
