Lovely spacious and fully fenced terrace where you can have breakfast at the table. Sun all day, but also shady spots. Reclining chairs, sun lounger or swing bench. Plenty of choices!
The living room has been updated. A comfortable sofa and a new smart TV if you want to watch your favorite series.
Relax with always a beautiful view! That really feels like a holiday!

And after the (snow walk) the fireplace is lit. Enjoy together.
Also from the bedroom you look far away over the fields and hills. Sleep well!
The second bedroom is on the ground floor, as is the bathroom and toilet.

Compact but complete kitchen with nespresso.
Relax on the terrace
From the living room through the hall you step onto the spacious terrace, surrounded by greenery and with beautiful views. Breakfast in the morning sun or with a book on the swing bench.
The garden slopes slightly so you can look far over the beautiful landscape. In the summer you can see the beautiful yellow rapeseed field and in the winter the hills are covered with a fresh layer of snow.
The coffee is ready on a fully fenced south-facing terrace. Accessible from the living room.
From the terrace at the top of the garden we saw the sun set. Now that's enjoyment!
The garden and terrace are completely fenced off and bordered by wall, hedge and wire fencing. It's safe to relax together.

Sunbathing and swimming at the Diemelsee. What do you mean traffic jams to the south or peak crowds on the beach. Here you can park for free and always plenty of space!
