Near the exit road to Winterberg, in the so-called Ruhr Valley, is this cozy holiday home. It is an original, typical German house, built in 'Fachwerk' style. Due to the large number of bedrooms, it is ideal for families and groups of friends. The house can accommodate 15 people. We look forward to welcoming you!
From the house you can walk directly into the Bremecke-Quellrinsal Natural Park. Keep in mind that the Sauerland is not flat, a little climbing is part of it. Close to Winterberg, Olsberg and Willingen, so shopping and culture abound in this region. Fantastic routes for walking, but also challenging routes for the avid mountain biker. And of course not to forget, in winter the possibilities for winter sports. The areas in Willingen and Winterberg have snow cannons. There is something to do every season!
Within walking distance of the house is a real Kneipp 'Erlebnispfad' for the little ones. This runs parallel to the Ruhr and in line with it is a large playground where you can play to your heart's content.
If the weather doesn't allow it, there are several indoor playgrounds and swimming pools nearby.
The house has no less than 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is enough space to be on holiday together, but the house also offers enough privacy to retreat to every now and then.
The children can have fun in the play corner. In the living room, comics, board games and books are at your disposal
In the living room, the wood stove is the cozy centerpiece. Of course, there is a wood supply available for you.
The spacious kitchen makes it easy and cozy to cook for the whole group. There are no less than 8 hobs (electric), but also an oven, dishwasher, microwave. To complete the picture, the wood stove can also be lit here.
If you don't feel like cooking, there is a wide range of restaurants and the nearby beer garden offers a small German menu.
For the smaller guests, there are 2 high chairs in the bathroom next to the kitchen. On the landing you will find two camping beds in the closet with the matching bedding and a mattress.
The enclosed garden has a canopy. There is a barbecue and garden chairs, a parasol, picnic table and a fire bowl are available. The skis, sled or bicycles can be stored under the canopy.
Dogs (or other pets) are possible in consultation.
