Apartment Holgenbach features two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a cozy living room and a fully equipped dining kitchen. From the kitchen you walk directly onto the spacious balcony/terrace. This makes the apartment a great base for couples, families or friends who want to discover the Eifel together and value peace, nature and space to enjoy together.

Villa Holgenbach will be completely energetically renovated into an energy-efficient house (A+) in 2024-2025. The apartment is equipped with triple glazing, high-quality insulation of exterior walls and the roof, a heat pump, solar panels, new radiators and electrically operated shutters. The high-quality insulation protects against both heat and cold and, together with the renewed installations, ensures a lot of comfort in every season. During the renovation, a large balcony was also added to the apartment, making the inside and outside even more pleasantly connected.

The fully equipped kitchen is a cozy place to cook and dine together. The separate living/sitting area offers space to relax after an active day. The apartment also has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

From the kitchen you have direct access to the spacious private balcony/terrace. Here you will find a dining table and comfortable seating and a Weber barbecue. A nice place for breakfast in the open air, a relaxing afternoon or a pleasant evening after a day in the Eifel.

Villa Holgenbach is located in a quiet street in Schleiden, about 500 metres from the centre with restaurants and shops. From the apartment you can walk or cycle almost directly into nature. The cul-de-sac ends in the green after about 300 meters and the Erlebnisfreibad Dieffenbach is also within walking distance.

Schleiden is located in the middle of the beautiful Eifel and is an ideal base for hiking, cycling, mountain biking and relaxing enjoyment of nature and space. Well-known routes such as the Eifelsteig, Wilderness Trail and Rur-Olef run through the municipality. Monschau, the Rursee, Nürburgring, Vennbahn, Kronenburger See and the Wildfreigehege Hellenthal are also within easy reach. Aachen, Cologne, Bonn, Trier, Maastricht and the wine regions of the Ahr Valley and Moselle are excellent for a day trip.
