Ferienwohnung Brachfeld has been new for rent since spring 2026. Villa Brachfeld has been completely renovated into an energy-efficiency house (A+) in recent years. The apartment has been completely redecorated, including a new kitchen and high quality finishes.

The cozy living room with wood stove forms the heart of the apartment. In addition, you have a separate dining room with large dining table, a modern fully equipped kitchen and three spacious bedrooms. All windows are equipped with electrically operated shutters, making it easy to keep out the sun and heat. Thanks to the good insulation and generous layout, Ferienwohnung Brachfeld is a wonderful place to stay in any season.

Enjoy the outdoors

From the dining room and hall you walk directly onto the spacious terrace with dining table, comfortable chairs and a Weber barbecue. The large garden belongs exclusively to this apartment and offers plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Children will have fun on the large trampoline, while you can relax on one of the various seating areas, including a place with a beautiful view of the surroundings or a lovely hammock in the garden.

Villa Brachfeld consists of two fully self-contained holiday apartments: Penthouse Brachfeld on the top floor and Ferienwohnung Brachfeld on the middle floor. This advertisement concerns only Ferienwohnung Brachfeld.

The apartments each have their own entrance and private outdoor space and are laid out in such a way that guests experience as much peace and privacy as possible. In order to maintain that peace and to take into account the immediate surroundings, both apartments are not rented out simultaneously to one joint group.

Quietly located and yet close to everything

Villa Brachfeld is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hellenthal, less than 700 metres from the centre. Restaurants, shops and a large Aldi are easily accessible on foot.

After less than 100 meters you can walk directly into nature from the apartment. Various walking and cycling routes also run almost past the front door, so you can leave the car at home regularly.

Discover the Eifel

Hellenthal is located at the gateway to the Eifel National Park and is an ideal base for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, motorcycling and relaxing enjoyment of forests, hills and reservoirs.

The Oleftalsperre, the Wildfreigehege Hellenthal, Monschau, the Rursee, Kronenburger See, the Vennbahn and the Nürburgring are all within easy reach. Each season has its own charm: thousands of wild daffodils bloom in spring and in winter Weißer Stein offers winter sports opportunities when there is enough snow.

Cities such as Aachen, Cologne, Bonn, Trier and Maastricht as well as the wine regions of the Ahr Valley and the Moselle are also excellent for a day trip.
