Villa Holgenbach will be completely energetically renovated into an energy-efficient house (A+) in 2024-2025. The penthouse is equipped with triple glazing, high-quality insulation of the walls and roof, a heat pump, solar panels, new radiators and electrically operated shutters. The high-quality insulation protects against both heat and cold and, together with the renewed installations, ensures a lot of comfort in every season. During the renovation, the large terrace was also further improved with an attractive roof.

The large living room forms the heart of the penthouse and features a comfortable seating area, a large atmospheric wood stove and an extra sofa bed. In addition, there is a spacious dining area and a separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook and dine together. Thanks to the favorable sun position, the attractive canopy and the unobstructed view, this is a wonderful place to have an extensive breakfast, eat together or relax at the end of the day.

Villa Holgenbach is located in a quiet street in Schleiden, about 500 metres from the centre with restaurants and shops. From the penthouse you can walk or cycle almost directly into nature. The cul-de-sac ends in the green after about 300 meters and the Erlebnisfreibad Dieffenbach is also within walking distance.
Discover the Eifel
Schleiden is an ideal base for hiking, cycling, mountain biking and enjoying the Eifel National Park. Well-known routes such as the Eifelsteig, Wilderness Trail and Rur-Olef run through the municipality. Monschau, the Rursee, Nürburgring, Vennbahn, Kronenburger See and the Wildfreigehege Hellenthal are also within easy reach. Aachen, Cologne, Bonn, Trier, Maastricht and the wine regions of the Ahr Valley and Moselle are excellent for a day trip.
