The apartments are right on the lake. Besides the complex is a small, quiet beach at the mouth of the mountain stream with a waterfall. Here is a small park with picnic benches and barbecues.
From the water you can see how cozy the complex is. In addition to the buildings, the Serio mountain stream flows into the lake with a waterfall. There is also the beach, where you can swim, relax and enjoy the sun.
From the promenade you walk to the beach.
This part of the beach is illuminated in the evening, so you can swim until late at night.
Enjoy sunbathing and swimming 100 meters from the apartment.
Building dams with your father.....
Here are the picnic tables, benches and barbecues. It invites you to stay there until late with a bottle of wine, some food and candles for cosiness.

Above Menaggio is the second oldest golf course in Italy with 18 holes.
Electric mountain bikes can be rented at various places to make trips through the mountains.
Climbing is also possible
The ferry takes you to all the villages on the lake. A crossing from Menaggio to Bellaggio and Varenna is very worthwhile.
The villas and gardens along the lake are impressive with lots of subtropical plants and trees.
Beautiful view over the lake. Fortunately, you can make the first part of the journey from the lake by car.
Hiking in the mountains. View over Lake Como from Monte Grona after a beautiful and tough hike.
Winters are also great in this part of Italy. The Alps are white, the air feels clean and cold and the sun warms you. And a 40-minute drive from the apartments is a great ski area.
