Les Olivers

Holiday home 'Les Oliviers' is a spacious, modern house (built in 2004) in authentic Provencal style, fully oriented to the south. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with toilet, a spacious and comfortable lounge with an adjoining dining room and a modern and well-equipped open kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, electric stove with three hotplates, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, mixer.. In the living room there is a HiFi installation and television (satellite - all Flemish, Dutch, German ... channels are received). Four double doors give access to the terrace that runs along the entire south side. The terrace is partly shaded and has a 'tonelle', which provides the necessary shade. There is sufficient garden furniture, including a very large dining table adjacent to the kitchen. A barbecue / grill (electric) is available. The garden is south-facing and completely walled, as is the entire domain, so that children and pets are safe. Opposite the terrace is the swimming pool of 6.1 x 4.1 meters.
On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with a bunk bed (2x 90cmx200cm), ideal for the children. On the first floor there is a second separate toilet, a bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower and two bedrooms with built-in wardrobe. One bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses (2x 80cmx200cm) and separate duvets. The second bedroom has two beds (2x 90cmx200cm) that can be placed against each other or with space in between. All bedrooms are equipped with shutters, so that a complete darkening is possible. There is closed parking for several cars and bicycles can be parked in the garage. Two bicycles are available for guests. There is also a washing machine.
