Maison Merle is ideally located in Provence between the Gorges du Verdon and the Côte d'Azur, surrounded by unspoiled nature and beautiful views. In the area there are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. There are many possibilities for fun trips to the famous Gorges du Verdon, the beautiful Lac de Sainte Croix, surrounding villages with Provencal markets and terraces and even a visit to the famous Côte d'Azur is within reach.

In the center of the house is the large living room (65m2) with wood stove. Here is the spacious dining area and a comfortable corner sofa. The living room has patio doors to the spacious terrace on the south side, with awning. From the terrace there is a view over the garden with olive trees and the wide surroundings. Adjacent to the living room is the TV corner with an extra sitting area. You can stream as you wish via the Chromecast. A fast fiber optic internet connection is accessible via WiFi throughout the house.

The typical Provencal kitchen (8m2) is equipped with dishwasher, convection oven, fridge with freezer, electric hob, coffee makers (filer coffee machine and Nespresso) and kettle. Kitchen and china cabinet are equipped with complete crockery and crockery.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom wing with a spacious bedroom (24m2) with walk-in closet with spacious wardrobes. The adjoining bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed of 180×200.
On the other side of the house is the second bedroom (12m2) with 2 beds of 90×200. You will also find the second bathroom with vanity unit, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet.

On the upper floor are two bedrooms (both 13 m2). One room has 3 beds of 90×200, the other has 2 beds of 90×200 and a cot.
On the upper floor is also the mezzanine (21 m2) with seating and bookcase with a large collection of Dutch books and various board games.

All beds in the house have a spring mattress with a topper, single duvets and pillows.
Baby bath and high chair are available on request.

At the rear of the house is the studio (38m2), a large multifunctional space. Here you will find an extra fridge-freezer and a microwave but also the table tennis table, football table, dartboard and a seat.

Through the sliding doors of the studio and through the double doors of the living room you can walk straight into the large garden. Between olive trees and lavender is the spacious private swimming pool of 10×5 meters with pool house and covered terrace with lounge set. In the garden and by the pool there are sunbeds available to relax. There is also a solar shower.

The house has an 11kW charger, via the Road platform you can use it with almost any charging card.
