Our garden, from which you walk directly to the lake. You can relax in the garden and eat together at the picnic table.
Our holiday home is the right half of this photo of the semi-detached house.
From the garden you reach a semi-covered terrace (loggia) where you can sit in the sun or shade and eat outside from morning to evening.
From the loggia you enter the living room through French doors with a spacious seating area with a fireplace. There is also a TV, Bluetooth speaker and WiFi.
The living room and dining area flow into each other. If it is too cold to sit outside on a day, you can eat here with six people and still enjoy the view.
The kitchen is fully equipped such as an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer and washing machine (utility room)
The house has three bedrooms. Two of them (on the first and second floors) have two single beds.
You can also look out over the breathtaking surroundings of the Lac de Serre Poncon from your bed
The master bedroom has an adjacent balcony from which you have a breathtaking view of the Lac de Serre Poncon.
On the 2nd floor there is a 3rd room with 2 sleeping places. Fun for the little ones is sleeping in the attic!
The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
Our holiday home is located on the “Port Saint Pierre” residence, consisting of about 40 homes on the lake.
From the garden you can walk to the sunbathing lawn and beach within 2 minutes.
The beach has a lifeguard area with extra supervision. Enjoy this beautiful place with your whole family.
Port St. Pierre has a harbor where you can moor your own boat or rent a boat/jet ski/water scooter.
In addition to the master bedroom, there is a 2nd bedroom on the first floor with a beautiful view and a double bed.

This is Maison Marasco..
We love the Provencal plants
From the garden you have a beautiful view of the Mont Ventoux, here with a blanket of clouds
We have provided shade on the wooden terrace. In the background you see a privacy screen between Marasco and the neighboring house, in the future the oleanders will be big enough as a green screen
From the village of Blauvac you have a wide view of the plain, the holiday home Marasco is located at the end of the small hamlet
The pool has an automatic roller cover, you can sit on it
