TERMS AND CONDITIONS - The villa is made available for rental throughout the year. - The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. - The maximum occupancy is 8 people. The entire furnishing and inventory are geared to this. As an extra, there are 2 cots and 2 high chairs available in an extra bedroom. - Kitchen linen and bath towels are provided. Bed linen is also included. All beds are made for your arrival. It is not allowed to bring pets. - Smoking is not allowed in the villa. Reservations: If you have decided to make a reservation, you will receive a reservation contract and invoice in duplicate, which you must complete and return. Confirmation/payment: After receipt of the reservation contract and payment of the first installment, you will receive confirmation. You pay: 50% of the rent no later than 14 days after the date of the lease. The remainder of the rent + deposit and final cleaning no later than 1 month before the start of the rental period. For bookings 1 year or more in advance you pay 25% upon reservation, 25% in February of the calendar year and 50% 1 month before the rental period. If you make a reservation within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the entire amount must be paid in full. Late payment gives us the right to consider the reservation as cancelled. Rental period: The rental period starts on the day of arrival, whereby (in high season) you can only arrive on Saturday from 3 p.m., and ends on the day of departure before 10 a.m. Deposit: We trust that you will inform us if there is culpable damage, etc. When everything has been left in good order, no damage and/or breakage has been found and no additional cleaning is required, your deposit will be returned. In the other case, the costs will be settled. Key transfer: You will receive the key by post (registered) or in person. You will be informed about the way and the general state of affairs at the park. Inventory: The holiday home you have rented is furnished as fully as possible. After booking you will receive a complete inventory list. Final cleaning: Your house will be cleaned on departure; However, you are requested to leave the property in a good state of cleanliness, if necessary we can charge extra cleaning costs. Our cancellation conditions always apply to this: If the traveler wants to cancel a booking for reasons that are not covered by cancellation insurance, cancellation costs are due for every traveler in accordance with the ANVR travel conditions. We reserve the right to charge change costs if changes are desired by the client after sending the reservation confirmation. It is also possible to cancel a reservation if the tenant finds an equivalent replacement, provided that we receive a new reservation form, signed by the subsequent tenant. No additional costs will be charged for this. We urgently advise you to take out cancellation insurance, which covers you against unforeseen, special circumstances, which prevent you from going on holiday.
