Our apartment is located in Wimereux the fascinating and unspoilt French Opal Coast with its impressive landscapes, miles of sand and rock beaches, vast dunes interspersed with rocks and cliffs. Nostalgic coastal villages alternate with breathtaking views of the white cliffs of Dover, the coastline and the rolling hinterland.
Recreation and nature are central.
Wimereux is a cozy coastal town with numerous Belle Epoque houses and lots of activities. Situated south of the town of Boulogne sur Mer with numerous tourist attractions and further Hardelot and Le Touquet.
The hinterland is extremely varied with the Bois de Boulogne and Wimereux valleys of the Course and the Canche.
The apartment is located in a holiday village "Les Dunes du Golf", a quiet place right next to the prestigious golf course of Wimereux, a few hundred meters from the beach. Nearby is also the nature reserve "Dunes de la Slack", as well as the beach and the cliffs of "La Pointe aux Oies". The pleasant Wimereux city center is within walking distance.

The property offers the following activities:

Here golfers can practice. The special turf and sand bunkers are perfectly maintained.

The estate is located at:
* 2.5 h of Brussels and the Dutch border. From Ghent you will do about 2h. From the Belgian border is still 45 min
* The Eurotunnel to Calais is 20 min, 10 min Boulogne, the Gris-Nez and Cap Blanc-Nez at 15 and 20 min and Saint-Omer in 30min.

Our apartment is on the first floor of apartment block G, an attractive but small building complex in the holiday village "Les Dunes du Golf"
The apartment, overlooking the prestigious golf course of Wimereux and the sea, can accommodate up to 10 people and includes:
* 3 bedrooms (1X2/2X1/2X2X1) + comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
* 2 bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bath.
* Large living room with open kitchen, equipped with all comforts.
* 2 terraces, southern and western oriented.
To make it easy, you make linen sets, we can make available. One set includes bed, bath and kitchen towels and a beach towel.
* Parking Lot 296, on the back of the property, is available to our tenants.

Accessible via motorway A16 (E402) Exit 33, then direction Wissant, Ambleteuse.
The rent is the energy always included. Nevertheless, attention is drawn to it sparingly to jump. Spot some recommendations were therefore suspended.
Cleaning and rental of linen sets are to be paid to the person in charge of the reception.
The deposit is € 250 and is within a week after the stay refunded, except for damages set
To confirm the rent, a deposit of 30% of the rent. The balance of the rent together with the security deposit have to be settled no later than 10 days before the start of the rental period.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, however, some agreements in place, because "good Appointments Good Friends"
* Subject to prior agreement, pets are not allowed.
* We wish to keep the apartment. Smoking Like respect for that. On the terraces can be smoked as long reception of ashes and butts.
* Household waste should be selectively sorted and deposited in the containers are provided in the waste room located in the parking lot. Do not leave garbage lying around in the common areas.
* Respect the tranquility of the other residents, especially during the night hours.
* The open spaces around the buildings can be used by anyone, eg for play or barbecue. Keep those areas clean.
We were looking for a vacation spot close to home with plenty of space, tranquility of nature and yet the necessary diversions for the kids. We found our niche in a region that was previously unknown to us until then, the French Opal Coast and especially in Wimereux. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht en de prachtige zonsondergangen, van het mooie weer, de heerlijke zeebries, de stranden, klifs, heuvels, het stadje Wimereux, de stad Boulogne sur Mer, en allerlei andere mooie en leuke dingen in de omgeving. Kortom, we hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in dit appartement in Wimereux!
