Our apartment is located in Wimereux on the fascinating and unspoilt French Opal Coast with its impressive landscapes, miles of sandy and pebble beaches, extensive dunes interspersed with cliffs and chalk cliffs. Nostalgic coastal towns alternate with breathtaking views of the chalk cliffs of Dover, the coastline and the rolling hinterland.
Recreation and nature experience are central.
WIMEREUX AND SURROUNDINGS
Wimereux is a pleasant coastal town with numerous Belle-Epoque houses and numerous sporting opportunities. To the south is the city of Boulogne sur Mer with numerous tourist attractions and further away Hardelot and Le Touquet.
The hinterland is extremely varied with the Bois de Boulogne and the valleys of the Wimereux, the Course and the Canche.
The apartment is located in the holiday domain "Les Dunes du Golf", a quiet residence right next to the prestigious golf course of Wimereux and a few hundred meters from the beach. Nearby you will also find the nature reserve "Dunes de la Slack", as well as the beach and cliffs of "La Pointe aux Oies". The pleasant center of Wimereux is within walking distance.

The domain is located at:
*2.5 hours from Brussels and the Dutch border. From Ghent it takes 2 hours. From the Belgian border it is another 45 minutes.
*The Eurotunnel in Calais is 20 minutes away, Boulogne is 10 minutes away, the Caps Gris-Nez and Blanc-Nez are 15 and 20 minutes away and Saint-Omer is 30 minutes away.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of apartment block G, an attractive but small building complex in the holiday domain "Les Dunes du Golf",
The apartment, overlooking the prestigious Wimereux golf course and the sea, can accommodate up to 10 people and includes:
*3 bedrooms (1X2/2X1/2X2X1) + comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
*2 bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bath.
*large living room with open kitchen, equipped with every comfort.
*2 terraces, south and west facing.
To make it easy for you, we can provide linen sets. A set includes bed, bath and kitchen linen as well as a beach towel.
*Parking space 296, at the back of the domain, is available to our tenants.

Can be reached via motorway A16 (E402) exit 33, then towards Wissant, Ambleteuse.
RENTAL INFO

Energy and unlimited WIFI are always included in the rental price. However, attention is drawn to using it sparingly.
Cleaning costs and rental of linen sets are payable locally to the person in charge of reception.
The deposit is €250 and will be refunded within a week after the stay, except in the event of damage
To confirm the rental, an advance of 30% of the rental price is requested. The balance of the rental price together with the deposit must be settled no later than 10 days before the start of the rental period.
During holiday periods, rentals are only available per week from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the holidays, deviations are possible by mutual agreement.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel up to 2 months before the stay, 60% of the deposit will be refunded. Afterwards there will be no refund. In the event of force majeure (serious illness, death, pandemic), the advance will be refunded in full.

However, to make your stay as pleasant as possible, some agreements are in order, because "Good Agreements Make Good Friends"
*Unless prior agreement, pets are not allowed.
*We wish to keep the apartment smoke-free. Please respect that. Smoking is allowed on the terraces provided that ash and butts are collected.
*Household waste must be selectively sorted and deposited in the containers provided in the waste room located in the parking lot. Do not leave waste lying around in communal areas.
*Respect the peace and quiet of the other residents, especially during night hours.
*The open spaces around the buildings can be used by everyone, for example for games or a barbecue. Keep those areas clean.
