Gîte Le Délice

The detached gîte (55m2), less than 250 km from Paris, is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Tannay (58800) and was completely renovated in '22/'23.

The gîte is fully equipped (Wifi, TV, stereo system, washing machine, oven-microwave combination, 2 bicycles, pram, etc.).
The gîte consists of a living room, a kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower and a separate toilet. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor. The bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. The gîte is suitable for 2 people and a child up to approx. 4 years.
The garden (700 m2) faces south. The covered terrace offers you shade.

In the evening you can enjoy an impressive starry sky!

The gite is located on the edge of Tannay, a pretty hilltop village overlooking the Yonne Valley. Here you will find the Super-U supermarket, a bakery, a caterer, a wine cellar and several bars. The charming towns of Clamecy and Corbigny are 13 and 16 km away respectively. There are numerous walking options directly around the gîte. There is also a lot of nature in the area: the Canal du Nivernais and the Yonne River are within 1 km (walking) distance. In 15 minutes you can reach the Baye and Vaux lakes and the Morvan Regional Natural Park is also nearby. Furthermore, it is certainly worthwhile to visit the beautiful cities in the region, such as Nevers, Vézelay and Auxerre. Tannay has several vineyards. There are many castles and churches with rich architecture in this area. Tannay is part of the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostelle, but also of the cycle route V56. Supermarket, bakery, 2 cafes in the village. Dining options are close by. Tannay also has a train station.

There are 2 bicycles (1 women's and 1 men's) that you can use for free.

Prices:
April, May, June, September, October €85 per night (minimum stay 2 nights), €540 per week.
July and August €625 per week.
You will receive a €30 discount for every additional week booked.
Bed-. Bath and kitchen linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental price.
The gîte is closed from November to March.
