In the heart of the Morvan, lies a beautifully converted gîte. Where peace and quiet is very common and nature is overwhelming, you can relax completely.
A few minutes away is a beautiful lake Panneciére where you can swim, sunbathe or what is often done, carp fishing. The World Carp Fishing Championships will be held there in September 2023.
At the apartment you look out over beautiful green hills with its meadows and forests. A paradise for nature lovers. You occasionally see a deer jump away, a squirrel shoot into the tree and feel how nature gives you its energy.
The gîte is built in the basement, which makes it a pleasant stay even in the summer.
It has its own entrance and a spacious enclosed garden with a cozy lounge area with fire pit and bbq.
It is a place where you can leave all the hustle and bustle behind.
Of course this also includes healthy food and there is a small vegetable garden with herbs and vegetables that can be used freely.
For the children there is a slide, sandpit and a children's pool.
The living room is light through the large glass doors and the kitchen is fully equipped.
There are 2 bedrooms, a spacious double room with a large king size bed and a bright smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. A lot of attention has been paid to good beds, because a good night's sleep is essential and in the living room the sofa can be transformed into a spacious double bed.
The bathroom has a massage shower.
There is heating by means of a wood stove and an electric heater in the bathroom.
