Enjoy a pleasant holiday and enjoy nature and culture in Epiry (Corbigny). This 4-bedroom holiday home is located on the edge of the Morvan nature reserve and is ideal for a group of up to 7 people or families with children to enjoy the house and the private pool.

Enjoy the hills and nature with long walks and bike rides in the nearby forest. The nature here is very rich. You will find rivers, lakes and the famous Canal du Nivernais (around the canal are

tours for pleasure boats). Ideal for hiking, swimming in some of the rivers/lakes, rafting, canoeing, kayaking and horseback riding.

There are many towns and villages that you can visit in the region. The region is full of monuments and historical sites. As an example, near the property, you have the village of Vézelay. A defensible hilltop village, very famous for its abbey. The village and the Basilica of St. Magdalene are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Other places of interest include Avallon, Autun, Nevers and the famous wine-producing regions of Chablis, Sancerre.

International family living in the Hague, the Netherlands. We truly enjoy our time in Burgundy / Morvan and trying to get there as often as we can.
We have spent long holidays in the house (summer and winter), the area is very quiet but also lots to do and beautiful towns close by to visit.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For stays up to July 5th 2026, the minimum stay is 4 nights. After this date, we only accept Sunday-to-Sunday bookings until August 30th. Due to high traffic and busy Saturdays, we've moved our changeover day to Sunday.

Before confirming your booking, please reach out to us and introduce your group. Looking forward to seeing you in 2026!

For stays up to and including 5 July 2026, a minimum stay of 4 nights applies. After this date, we only accept bookings from Sunday to Sunday until August 30th. Due to heavy traffic and the 'black Saturdays' we have moved our changeover day to Sunday.
