Spend a pleasant holiday and enjoy nature and culture in Epiry (Corbigny). This 4-bedroom holiday home is located on the edge of the Morvan nature reserve and is ideal for a group of 8 people or families with children to enjoy the house and the private pool.
Enjoy the hills and nature with long walks and bike rides in the nearby forest. The nature here is very rich. You will find rivers, lakes and the famous Canal du Nivernais (around the canal
pleasure boat tours offered). Ideal for walking, swimming in some of the rivers/lakes, rafting, canoeing, kayaking and horse riding.
There are many towns and villages you can visit in the region. The region is full of monuments and historical sites. As an example, near the property, you have the village of Vézelay. A defensible hilltop village, very famous for its abbey. The village and Basilica of St. Magdalene are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Other attractions include Avallon, Autun, Nevers and the famous wine producing regions of Chablis, Sancerre.
