Cozy sitting area with space for the whole family
Large living room with authentic and pierre wall. The iron staircase was made and executed by a regional artist. Through the patio doors you walk into the garden to the rear of the house.

Through a small conservatory you immediately enter the cozy large kitchen with work island and large dining table. There is a washing machine and if it is a little fresher, there is a nice wood stove.

On the floating mezzanine above the living room is the luxurious bedroom for 2. Air conditioning is present in the living room as well as on the mezzanine floor.

Slowing down is so not difficult...
At the front of the house an incredibly beautiful view over the hills. At the back a large mature garden with grassland, tall trees, lots of privacy and always sun and shade.

Dogs are very popular in France and welcome almost everywhere. Even in the Wine Museum in Sancerre. Highly recommended if you want to know more about the terroir of Sancerre wines.
This site still belongs to the house, at the end a beautiful hiking trail begins.
Along the site is a large field, the cultivation of grain is alternated with rapeseed.
As beautiful as the winter can be; in the early morning sun the mist disappears from the adjacent field.

This tree is always a landmark when you walk in the area. It stands at an altitude of 330 meters and is approximately one kilometer from the holiday home.
And this is Loyd, who spent his holidays there and, according to his owners, ran around the garden. Loyd is a Tibetan Terrier!

Fantastic Food Market, every Saturday morning in Clamecy. Local producers bring fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, cheeses, Burgundy wines, honey, bread etc.
