Merlote

Merlote is a brand new spacious holiday home for 8 people less than a 15-minute drive from beautiful Cahors. It is located near charming French villages and beautiful towns. The holiday home is located on a large property with many trees and has a private swimming pool. You will always find a spot in the sun or shade.  

Inside
The modern living room with open kitchen is bright and spacious and has sliding doors to the terrace and swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a 160x200 bed and one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and sink. The other bedrooms share a bathroom with rain shower and double sink. Three bedrooms have sliding doors to the terrace. The fourth bedroom is located at the back of the house and has 2 single beds. The whole house is air-conditioned.

Outside
There are sun loungers around the nice private pool and you can cover the pool in the evening so that the water stays nice and warm. On the terrace there is a dining table with chairs and in the garden you can enjoy under the trees at the picnic table or relax on a bench at the side of the large garden. You can enter the property through the entrance gate and park your car in front of the house. Merlote's garden is fully fenced.

Environment
Less than 5 minutes from Merlote, you can go to the bakery in Cieurac for a delicious fresh baguette and croissants.  The central location of the house is ideal for day trips, hiking to the Cazelle de Nouel and the Source d'eau or the Lac de Fraysse. Nearby (10 minutes drive) is also a go-kart track, a padel and squash court and a beautiful chateau. In short, a beautiful area where you can be active, relax and enjoy nature and the beautiful villages and towns in the area.
