Payment
A reservation request before 4 weeks of the start date of the rental period:

• is only final after receipt of 50% of the rental amount. The remaining amount (50%) must be paid no later than 4 weeks from the start date of the rental period

• must be paid immediately and is only final after receipt of 100% of the rental amount

Cancellation
If the tenant cancels in the period:

• up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he/she will owe 30% of the rent
• up to 4 weeks before the start date: 40% rent due
• from 4 weeks to start date: 100% rent due
• Upon arrival or during the rental period, he/she reports that he/she will not use the rented property, he/she will still owe the full rental price

Note: You must arrange your own cancellation insurance if desired.

Cancellation by the owner
In the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure, the owner reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time. In this case, the owner will refund the amounts already paid by bank transfer and the customer will be informed by email.
