Very definitely NOT too far! The village is famous for its beautiful "Bellevue" of many kilometers. In the village you can buy daily necessities within 5 minutes walking distance.
"Intermarche / Auchan" super big stores where absolutely everything is for sale, are located both in St Livrade and Villeneuve sur Lot (6 and 11 minutes).
The house is an oasis for nature lovers. There is much to do in the area such as the medieval villages, night markets, cozy terraces busy, often with live music, summer activities are organized in the villages, Monclar there is a bar / restaurant and a theater café. You can swim and sunbathe at the beach of Castelmoron on Lot.
The tennis court is around the corner (3 min walk), the tennis court is not free.
The bowling alley is in the same Rue.
There are 2 mountain bikes at your disposal.
The golf course "Golf de Barthe" is nearby (9 Trous I 2813m I Slope 128 I Par 36)

The house (sleeps 6 adults and a child) has a large living room (DVD, stereo, TV Canal Digital Dutch channels), with a dining table for 6 people, lounge room.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven function, kettle, coffee maker, Senseo and all kitchen utensils.
Hall with toilet plus stairs to the top.
Lay upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with 2 bed (duvets), 1 with very large private balcony (15m2) and 1with French balcony. There is a camp bed with mattress available.
A luxurious bathroom with whirlpool and separate shower, toilet and sink.
Naturally the house has central heating.
The thick walls of at least 50 cm in combination with the solid wood shutters give this house the ideal living environment both in summer and winter.
In the shed next to the house there is an extra toilet, sink and cold water shower (after sunbathing). Furthermore, there is the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside the house is a huge lawn / lawn flanked by boxwood driveways. At the rear of the house very much shade with ancient trees.
