The cozy holiday home Mandevilla in the South of France (30 km from Montpellier) is located in a dead-end street on a slope. The holiday home has a beautiful view of the Pic Saint Loup from the sun-drenched terrace.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with a bunk bed, so it is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire house is equipped with every comfort.
Outside there are 2 sunny terraces, 1 adjacent to the living room with an outdoor kitchen, the other terrace is slightly lower. The holiday home also has a private swimming pool, without view from the neighbors or from the street, with several sun loungers and an outdoor shower. In addition to the swimming pool, there is also a toilet and a pool house with bar and extra refrigerator.
In the village of Viols-le-fort, a 5-minute drive away, there is a bakery, butcher, supermarket and restaurant.
Our holiday home is the ideal base to discover the region.

When we were on holiday in the region for the first time years ago, we immediately felt at home. In the meantime, we became the owner of this holiday home, which we are happy to rent out outside the periods when we stay there ourselves. The perfect base to explore this region or simply to enjoy the swimming pool and the cozy terrace with beautiful views over the Pic Saint-Loup.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

The mountain is located between the villages of Cazevieille, Saint-Mathieu-de-Tréviers, Saint-Jean-de-Cuculles and Saint-Martin-de-Londres. Due to the fact that the mountain has both steep and gentle sides, it is an attraction for hikers and mountain climbers. On top of the mountain there is a small chapel and a large steel cross. There are numerous marked hiking trails for hikers and kayak enthusiasts will certainly get their money's worth here.

The city of Montpellier is approximately a 30 km drive from the holiday home. Montpellier offers a wide range of activities and is definitely worth a visit.
