🌿 A spacious and comfortable interior
This 170 m² villa offers spacious living spaces and a comfortable environment. The fully equipped kitchen gives direct access to the terrace and pool through large sliding windows and is connected to a bright and cozy living room.
The villa features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over two levels. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the lower floor (basement). Each bedroom has a double bed.
The ground floor spaces and the bedrooms are accessed from the pool area, which is accessed by stairs. The ground floor is also only accessible via stairs.
One of the bedrooms in the basement has patio doors leading out to the garden, allowing plenty of natural light to enter and direct access to the garden.
Please note that the villa is not suitable for people with limited mobility or disabilities, as the different areas are only accessible via stairs.
