Treville

Tréville is a beautiful spacious detached house with a large garden (5000 m2) and a private swimming pool of 36 m2. The whole house has air conditioning (cooling and heating). The pool is a saltwater pool, recently renovated and can be heated (option) 
Beautifully situated on the vineyards and yet close to the lively town of Saint Chinian and only 3.5 kilometers from Assignan, a beautiful village with several restaurants and shops. There is also a beautiful, marked hiking trail from Tudery to Assignan. More information about this and other hiking trails can be found in the house. With a covered terrace, and south-facing garden, the house offers many possibilities to choose between sun or shade. There is also an outdoor kitchen and a (hot water) outdoor shower overlooking the valley! On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom, with private bathroom (freestanding bath and separate shower) and patio doors to the garden. The children's room is also located on the ground floor. This space can also be used as a workspace. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, one with balcony and a second bathroom.  All the rooms have a beautiful view over the surrounding vineyards. The kitchen and the living room both open onto the terrace and garden. The spacious kitchen invites you to make the most delicious dishes and from the salon and from the terrace you have a beautiful view over the valley with its beautiful rocks. And in the spring beautiful concerts of the nightingale! On Thursday and Sunday morning there is lively market in Saint Chinian. There is an excellent organic winegrower in the village: domaine Bordes.
You can play tennis in Saint-Chinian and at Béziers there is a beautiful golf course (47 km away). For more info about golf courses; see box lower on this page. You can canoe on the Orb. A good starting point is Roquebrun. The beach of the Mediterranean Sea is only 45 minutes away by car; Valras, Gruisssan, Vendres or Sérignan Plage.
In the region you will find several cities that are worth visiting. The nearest are Béziers and Narbonne!
