Our villa with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private swimming pool is located on the Golf Saint Thomas in Béziers and offers 8 sleeping places. It is the ideal holiday spot for holidaymakers seeking a sunny, peaceful location close to the many amenities of a town, and of course for golfers who can walk to the golf course. Tenants receive a 20% discount on the green fees for the 18 holes. The villa has 4 stars of Classement Officiel meublé de tourisme Étoiles De France.

The spacious living room overlooks the large terrace and the large colorful enclosed garden with olive trees, palm trees and a 10m X 5m swimming pool. You can take full advantage of outdoor living with garden furniture, sun beds by the pool, a barbecue and both sunny and shady areas.

The villa has two floors that provide maximum privacy, even when all rooms are occupied.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and doors to the terrace, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bath and a double sink, and a separate toilet. The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large terrace with a beautiful view, another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a spacious shower and sink, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have a closet with ample space and air conditioning. Fans are also provided.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction plate, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, two refrigerators, a coffee maker, a toaster, a food processor, a mixer and a kettle.

The dining room comfortably seats 8 people. There is always space to park in front of the villa. Bed linen, bath towels, electricity and water are included in the rent. Pool and beach towels and heating during the colder season are not included.
