Villa du Golf Saint Thomas

Our villa with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool is located on the Golf Saint Thomas in Béziers and sleeps 8. It is the ideal holiday spot for holidaymakers looking for a sunny, quiet location close to the many possibilities of a city, and of course for golfers who can walk to the golf course. Tenants receive a 20% discount on the green fees of the 18 holes. The villa has 4 stars from Classement Officiel meublé de tourisme Étoiles De France.

The spacious living room overlooks the large terrace and the large colourful enclosed garden with olive trees, palm trees and a 10m X 5m swimming pool. You can take full advantage of the outdoors with outdoor furniture, sunbeds by the pool, a barbecue and both sunny and shaded areas.

The villa has two floors that provide maximum privacy, even when all rooms are occupied.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and doors to the terrace, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a double sink, and a separate toilet. The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large terrace with a beautiful view, another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a spacious shower and sink, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have a closet with ample space and air conditioning. Fans are also provided.

Television with French channels and international news channels and wireless internet access are available.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, two refrigerators, a coffee maker, a toaster, a food processor, a mixer and a kettle.

The dining room can comfortably seat 8 people. There is always space to park in front of the villa. Bed linen, bath towels, electricity and water are included in the rental price. Pool and beach towels and heating during the colder season are not included. Bicycles and sports equipment can  be stored in the garage.

The villa and pool are not wheelchair accessible, there are steps.
