A paradise for children!
If you come with small children who cannot swim yet, we can place this fence around the pool. There is also a small paddling pool for the little ones.
You can charge your electric car at the house. Wallbox, 7.4 KwH.
Sillans-la-Cascade is not a big village, but it definitely exudes the authentic Provencal atmosphere. Bakery Les Pins is located 700 from the house. You can walk here from the garden.
Only 35 minutes drive from the Gorges-du-Verdon
Sillans-la-Cascade is known for the waterfall (The French word Cascade means waterfall). The waterfall can be reached on foot from the house via a path at the bottom of the garden. It is a bit of climbing and clambering to get to the most beautiful places. The Blue Lagoon of the Var.
Restaurants, cozy squares, Provencal markets. Everything is nearby. For example, the villages of Cotignac, Aups, Bauduen, TourTour and Lorgues are very nice to visit.
The house is located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Verdon just a half hour drive from the Lac de Saint Croix.
The plot is 4300 m2. It is located on the D22, but because the driveway descends, the house is not visible from the road and you will not be bothered by traffic in and around the house.
