Villa Leopard Grimaud is a large luxury villa with swimming pool within walking distance of the medieval village of Grimaud. The villa can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The villa was renovated in 2022. Villa Leopard Grimaud is a large luxury villa with a private swimming pool within walking distance of the medieval village of Grimaud and a 10-minute drive from the port of Port Grimaud and the beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. From the terraces you have a magnificent view of the surroundings and of the medieval castle of Grimaud.

The villa is luxurious and fully furnished, both inside and outside. The villa can accommodate 10 people on two levels in 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have a kitchenette with sitting area. All 5 bedrooms/apartments have good beds, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The new kitchen is fully equipped. In the garden (which is completely private) is a heated swimming pool and there are several seating areas on different terraces. There is an outdoor kitchen and two gas BBQs. The house is fenced and secured. There is good Wi-Fi. The house is rented in its entirety, also for smaller groups.

The charming medieval village of Grimaud is within walking distance and is known as a picturesque village where you can enjoy various restaurants, wine bars, markets and shows in season. There are two bakeries and a supermarket. The nearest beach is 4km away, the beaches of Saint-Tropez (including Pampelonne Plage) are 10km away. There are several (super) markets in the vicinity and 2 hypermarkets at 5 km.

Within
The house is on two floors (without internal connection) and one of the rooms is a separate gite. The house has been recently renovated and is luxuriously and contemporary furnished with quality furniture. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds of 180x200 (1 room can also be made up as two x 90x200) and air conditioning.

On the upper floor you will find a living room, dining room, luxurious and fully equipped kitchen, the master suite with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet and a large terrace with a magnificent view of the surroundings and the Castle of Grimaud. On the terrace is a large dining table for 10 people, a large lounge corner and a gas BBQ. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, tall refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, induction hob, Nespresso and kettle.

The ground floor is at garden height where the swimming pool is located. Here you will find three separate apartments / suites, each of which is individually accessible:
  1. “Pool apartment”: luxury apartment with bedroom with sitting area, bathroom and kitchenette with dining area. The apartment has a covered terrace and air conditioning.
  2. “La Gîte”: detached luxury apartment with sitting area, sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning and a private terrace.
  3. “Garden suite”: luxurious bedroom with bathroom with bath, air conditioning and covered terrace.
The kitchenettes are equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso and cooking utensils.

There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

Outside
The villa is located just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful historic center of Grimaud. A very nice village with nice restaurants, some bars and art galleries. Also with 2 bakeries and a small supermarket.

Discover for yourself which seat in the garden is the best at which time of the day. Our personal favorite place is the upper terrace with its great view of the valley and the castle of Grimaud. Here is a large lounge corner and a dining table for 10 people. There is also a gas BBQ here. Another favorite place is around the pool in the garden. The private pool is rectangular and measures 8 x 5 m. The maximum depth is 1.5 m. Cleaning is by means of chlorine. The swimming pool can be heated in the early and late season. On the terrace next to the pool there are several sunbeds and seats and there is also a large dining table on this floor. There is an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and a gas BBQ.

The plot is completely fenced and has an automatic gate. There is space to park 4 cars.

We are Mark and Mark and we are the happy owner of Villa Leopard in Grimaud. We have been coming to the Côte d'Azur for years and have had another house in Grimaud (La Villa Jaune) for a number of years. When the neighbor's house came up for sale and we saw its potential, we didn't have to think twice. After a thorough renovation in 2022, this will become our base for when we are in Grimaud and when we are not there, we would like to let you enjoy it!

Explanation of prices

Cancellation policy Villa Leopard Grimaud If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone communication of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price;

In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 75%.

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

• Plage de Pampelonne in Ramatuelle: probably the most famous beach in the region. Miles of white sand beaches and famous beach clubs. Best reached via Gassin / Ramatuelle. • Plage de Escalet in Ramatuelle: a small bay with a beautiful, small sandy beach. • Plage de Canoubiers in Saint-Tropez: small, hidden beach near the sailing club of Saint-Tropez (Ecole de Voile). • In high season the major coastal roads (towards Sainte Maxime or towards Saint-Tropez) can be busy. We often use the charming smaller roads that are usually not busy.
Below are some of our favorite restaurants in the area: • Apopino in Grimaud: nice restaurant in a quiet part of the village. • Fleur de sel in Grimaud: enjoy a nice meal outside on a square in the old village. • L'ecurie de la Masquise in Grimaud: charming restaurant in the old village • La Bastide Blanche in Grimaud: good restaurant (indoor and outdoor) close to the Domaine (exit the main entrance and turn left. The restaurant is on the right at the roundabout). • Ferme Ladouceur in Ramatuelle. Charming restaurant with large terrace overlooking the vineyards. They serve a set menu for 50 euros including wine. Highly recommended. • La Verdoyante in Gassin. Another charming gem outside the village with a nice terrace with nice views. Quality food, with both a set menu and a la carte options. One of our favourites. • Ponent Plage in La Croix-Valmer: located on the beach in La Croix-Valmer, a nice place for a lunch with your feet in the sand • Le Smash Club in Cavaliere: delicious outdoor dining around the pool of the tennis club in Cavaliere. They have a set tasting menu. Recommended! • Le Club 55 on Pampelonne beach in Ramatuelle: an icon in the area! Great spot under the trees on the beach and ideal for people watching. Reservations are a must • Cabana Bambou on Pampelonne beach in Ramatuelle. Right on the beach with a relaxed atmosphere. Good food at – for Pampelonne – acceptable prices. They also provide sunbeds. • Moorea: another nice tent on the beach of Pampelonne. Good staff, good food and fun people watching.
• The village has two bakeries and a small grocery store: exit the property through the small pedestrian gate at the top of the driveway (please lock the gate after passing through). Walk to the left towards the village. Turn right and at the fountain/entrance to the village turn right again and go up the hill. In the village you will find signs for the shops. • There is a larger Intermarche supermarket and an organic food market (also bakery - La Halle de Grimaud) nearby: exit the main entrance of the property and turn left, at the roundabout turn right. On the right you will first find the Intermarche and then La Halle de Grimaud. • There are two hypermarkets nearby: o E. Leclerc: 6, Avenue Sigismond Coulet, Cogolin o GeantCasino: Rond-Point de la Foux, Gassin (on the road to Saint-Tropez) • The best vegetables can be found at Grand Fraiche in Cogolin
The village of Grimaud is known for its castle, the windmill and its picturesque streets and churches. In various places you can enjoy the great view of the sea or the surrounding nature reserves and wine estates. Well worth a visit! From the garden you also have a view of the castle, which is beautifully lit at night. Every Sunday morning there are nice antique markets just outside the village. In Port Grimaud there are various water sports options, such as water skiing and windsurfing. Saint-Tropez is about 20 minutes drive from the villa.
