Villa Sazoni - Provencal Oasis

A sunny and open house facing south with a large terrace and a lovely private pool surrounded by olive trees. The villa is in a fantastic location: on top of the hill of Opio, 5 minutes drive from Vabonne, and about 30 linutes from Nice airport, Cannes.

The villa has a large open kitchen with patio doors to the terrace, a cozy dining table by the fireplace, a separate TV sitting area, a study and a laundry room. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 in the main house and 1 in the guest house at the pool house. Three rooms have air conditioning, two bathrooms have a bath & shower, the other two have a shower.

The terrace has a dining area and lounge seating area and by the pool there are sunbeds and a covered terrace with a large dining table. The garden is very private with a lovely driveway.

The Tennis Club Vignal and 3 golf courses are within a radius of 5 km. You can also walk, cycle or go to the perfume city of Grasse.

My name is Ingeborg. We have had our lovely family home in Opio since 2008. Our villa is located near Grasse where I worked in the perfume industry for years. In Opio, the Rose de Mai (Centifolia) and the Jasmine de Grasse used to be grown.

In 2016 we moved to Kuala Lumpur for a few years and since then we have been renting out our house throughout the year and also holiday rentals in the summer. A sunny house with a lovely large terrace and swimming pool. A perfect holiday home.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 5% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the tenant reports on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (or will no longer use it), he remains liable for the full rental price.
