VILLA FELINE HOLIDAY HOUSE ON THE CÔTE D'AZUR
Villa Feline is a detached villa with private heated pool and a unique panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea. This holiday home has perfect outdoor living with a spacious terrace around the pool with sun beds, but also an outdoor bar with tap and barbecue. Ideal for al fresco dining. From the terrace you can see the sailing boats passing by.

The beautiful area of Les Issambres, adjacent to Sainte Maxime, is known for its extensive beautiful sandy beaches. When you drive down by car you are on the beach in less than 5 minutes. You can also enjoy a delicious meal in the brasserie. In Cap Mail you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea while eating fresh fish dishes. Villa Feline is located on a hill in Les Issambres.

LAYOUT VILLA FELINE IN LES ISSAMBRES
On the ground floor is a spacious living room with a beautiful luxury kitchen. The living room is cozy with comfortable sofas facing the fireplace. There is a television with Dutch, German and Belgian channels. Adjacent to the living room is the luxurious kitchen with dining table for 8 people. Large sliding doors provide access to the terrace from both the living room and the kitchen. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, microwave, and gas cooking, coffee maker and kettle are also present. Both from the living room and from the open kitchen you have a particularly beautiful view over the swimming pool and over the Mediterranean Sea and the Gulf of St Tropez.

On the ground floor are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both have direct access to the terrace and pool. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From this bedroom you have a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea and the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed (160x200). Bedroom 3 is one floor lower and can be reached separately from outside, but a very spacious bedroom and has 4 separate single beds (4x80x200). This bedroom is therefore ideal for children who want to sleep together in one room. Also with a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. These accommodations are only suitable for the first floor for a wheelchair.

OUTDOOR LIFE VILLA FELINE
This luxury villa offers a perfect sun position, you can enjoy the sun all day long. On the spacious terrace is a dining table with 8 seats. There is a large barbecue and an outside bar with beer tap. The private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1.80 m) is heated. The swimming pool can be covered with an automatically operated hard cover. Luxurious sunbeds and umbrellas surround the pool. The view from the terrace and swimming pool towards the Bay of St Tropez is very nice. A beautiful luxurious round table has been created by the pool where you can enjoy the view with a good glass of rosé in your hand. There is on-site parking for two cars.

Villa Feline is located in the beautiful Les Issambres, a village close to St. Tropez. From Les Issambres you have the opportunity to do fun water activities, such as renting a jet ski, snorkeling or paragliding.

- All beds are made. If you use more beds than the number of people booked, the administrator will charge the extra bed linen costs on site.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 500 applies to Villa Feline. You pay this with the remaining payment and you will receive it back within a week after check-out if you leave the holiday home correctly.
