This holiday villa is located in Les Issambres on the French Riviera, near St. Tropez and St. Maxime in the South of France on the Côte d'Azur (Var department). The villa is suitable for max. 6 people. We have WIFI everywhere inside and outside on the terrace.

The beach is within walking distance. (15 min) and there are several golf courses nearby.

The distance to the sea/beach is approximately 1.5 kilometers. There is also the bakery and its other shops.
St. Maxime, St. Tropez, Ramatuelle, Nice, Cannes and Antibes are well-known places on the Cote d'Azur that are nearby. Several golf courses in the vicinity such as St. Tropez, Roquebrune, Cannes and Mandelieu.
Padel, tennis and water sports are also nearby.
