The villa is located on the coast of Les Issambres northeast of Sainte Maxime and opposite Saint Tropez. Les Issambres itself has a cozy harbor with a direct boat connection to Saint Tropez (10 minutes). Due to its central location, all famous places on the Côte d'Azur, including Grimaud, Saint Rafael, Gogolin, Saint Tropez and Cannes are easily accessible.

The luxury Provencal villa called "Oliveira" not only has sea views but also views over hills and wooded areas. Sunset is truly enchanting. Both the living room and the kitchen have large sliding doors for beautiful light, so that you can enjoy this beautiful view.
The living room with fireplace flows seamlessly into the very stylish large kitchen. Both rooms have a beautiful travertine natural stone floor. The new AEG appliances complete the beautiful kitchen. The large dining table seats 8 people. Through the various sliding doors you enter the beautiful spacious terrace. Next to the terrace is the beautiful swimming pool.
There are also 4 modern bedrooms (all with new air conditioning), 3 modern bathrooms with toilet and 1 separate toilet. All beds have good mattresses and guarantee a good night's sleep.
