How to arrive at the house of Marasco
This is Maison Marasco..
We love the Provencal plants
From the garden you have a beautiful view of the Mont Ventoux, here with a blanket of clouds
We have provided shade on the wooden terrace. In the background you see a privacy screen between Marasco and the neighboring house, in the future the oleanders will be big enough as a green screen
From the village of Blauvac you have a wide view of the plain, the holiday home Marasco is located at the end of the small hamlet
The pool has an automatic roller cover, you can sit on it

We love little details, like the oak beams on the beds

In the immediate vicinity it is wonderful to walk and cycle.
The garden with a sprinkled lawn, wooden terrace next to the pool, shade of oleanders, cherry trees and olive trees, and a herb garden
Nice long dinner until night falls
Different plant colors every season
Cycling is possible from the house, the Mont Ventoux is visible everywhere.
The area is very varied, with fields, forests and vineyards.
Spring or autumn, the colors and scents are overwhelming.
Electric bike, touring or racing: this is a very sporty environment.
Sublimely restored Abbey of Senanque is accessible by bike or car
So beautiful cycling or MTB in the area

In summer it's hot, but at night it cools (because the house on the height of 700 meters) it is always nice!
With .... romantic spots along the river where you can relax in the evening sun can reminisce.
After the lavender fields are shorn in August, there will be much left to pick. It smells so good!

A real winner! The market in Buis les Baronnies. Many beautiful Provencal products displayed in the streets and squares of colored pittoresje town. There are also nice shops and restaurants to agree to go. A beautiful route! About 45 minutes drive from our house!

In July and August the typical Provencal landscape with colorful and fragrant lavender fields.
Stunning lavender fields near Sault. A nice trip to the foot of Mont Ventoux. About 40 minutes away by car.
