A walk on the 5.5 hectare site is always a pleasure, over the rolling meadow and through the forest with a small 'plan d'eau'. . Children can play freely in the forest.
The house has been completely modernized. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, hand blender. microwave and the necessary pots and pans. The dining area is located next to the kitchen and is separated from the spacious living room with a sitting area with TV, and a single bed. The heating is provided by a central heating system and a pellet stove. Shower and toilet room are separated from each other and also gives space for the washing machine. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
The swimming pool can be used by the tenants. The pool water is purified by means of a salt installation and is gentle on the eyes.
