Videpot

Between the two beautiful medieval villages of Beaumont and Monpazier, our 19th century holiday home is located between plum orchards and kiwi bushes. If you are looking for peace, space, good restaurants and a nice city nearby, then this is an absolute must.

The house is located in the hamlet of Videpot, a stone's throw from the vineyards of Bergerac, Monbazillac and Pecharmant. And if you drive a little further, you will find yourself between the beautiful vineyards of Bordeaux and Medoc.

The house is an old farmhouse with thick stone walls, a so-called 'maison en pierre'. It has a living space of approximately 90m2 with a spacious, very well equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also an outside bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washing machine and dryer. Around the house is a large terrace with several lounge areas and a large dining table. There is also a barbecue. The nearest supermarket (Intermarche) is 3 minutes away by car.

The house is located on its own grounds of approximately 3,000 m2 and is surrounded by orchards, meadows and forest. So you have plenty of space and privacy here. In the garden there is a swimming pool of 9.75 x 5 x 1.3 with a wooden terrace, a trampoline and a petanque court. Moreover, there is plenty of room for a game of football on the large lawn. So the kids don't have to get bored here.

The house is easily accessible by car. Distance from Haarlem is about 1,100 km. You can also fly from Rotterdam to Bergerac airport. This airport is about a 30 minute drive from the house. You can also fly to Bordeaux. You will then drive to Videpot in less than 2 hours.
