Nice and spacious gite apartment in the middle of the Dordogne. You can reach Le Ciel via a private entrance. A spacious 50 m2 gite apartment for four people on the first floor of the main house. This holiday home has a spacious living room with dining area, sitting area, stereo and TV, a separate kitchen with hob / extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave, Nespresso, coffee maker, toaster and coffee maker. There are two bedrooms with luxury box-spring beds of 160x200 and 2x 70x200. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin, the toilet is separate. From the living room you enter a large balcony-terrace with a great view. This gite has its own extra terrace in the garden with a BBQ.
Together there is a large garden with a pleasant swimming pool of 10x5 with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can also use the communal washing machine.
Within walking distance is the beautiful village of Sainte-Alvere with restaurants, a shop, pharmacy, care post, various terraces and two bakeries

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

Excluding tourist tax in accordance with local rate. This must be paid in cash on the spot.

Le Ciel is not suitable for pets. Possibly a pet in La Terre and/or Le Monde only AFTER consultation. Pets may not cause any nuisance to other people present, must always be on a leash and are not allowed in or near the pool or in the garden by the pool.
