A spacious, comfortable, restored, detached house in the hamlet of Puymezier, close to Nontron in the Périgord Vert, France. It is surrounded by farmlands and forests. Ideal for walking and cycling. Cultural highlights in the vicinity.

The house has a lounge, with wood-burning stove, and kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Behind the house is a spacious terrace overlooking farmlands and the setting sun.

The town of Nontron is 5 km away. and there you will find all the shops, banks, museum, market, etc. Perigueux, Angoulême and Limoges are about 45 minutes away. Swimming facilities (supervised) in two large lakes 15 minutes away. Furthermore, there is opportunity for numerous activities, such as canoeing and horse riding, in the area.
