Villa with air conditioning, and separate gite

Lortal is an old, but now completely renovated, farmhouse, about eight kilometers from the medieval town of Belves located in the hamlet of Doissat. For the Dutchmen Renée and André van Soest, this is home. Our house is a 250 year old house and is located on 10,000m2 near Doissat, the capital of the French walnut country in the Dordogne. Horse riding, fishing, golf, hot air ballooning, hiking and much more to do locally. Lortal is a traditional Dordogne farmhouse that has been remodelled to combine character and comfort, with views from the terraces and pool area. This holiday home consists of 2 buildings, the farmhouse and a smaller building, which are rented together for a capacity of 10 people 

In the main house on the ground floor there is a large comfortable sitting room and a large renovated and fully fitted farmhouse kitchen and a staircase leading upstairs to the bedrooms. Also on the ground floor a bedroom (with access to a covered terrace, overlooking the garden and pool) with air conditioning and private new bathroom (bath, separate walk-in shower, toilet). On the first floor a large double bedroom with air conditioning (with its own new bathroom, with shower, toilet) and two double bedrooms (1 with air conditioning) with a new bathroom (shower, toilet). A total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Total max 8 people and 2 small children.

Extra details: dishwasher, washing machine, SAT TV, DVD and CD player, movie DVDs, music CDs, reading books, table tennis, other games, of course free WIFI internet.

The annex, Petite Lortal, is located in a quiet, shady corner of the property about 100m from the main house. It has been recently renovated and is a completely detached holiday home for two adults. 
In addition to a pleasant private garden, the compactly furnished cottage has everything you need: a modern kitchen and bathroom, a well-equipped living room and a bedroom with a large double bed. 

Linen is included in the price and beds are made when you arrive.

Around the house there are several terraces, so that depending on the position of the sun, you can always seek warmth or coolness; Plenty of sunbeds and chairs available.

Our holiday home is located in the south west of France in the beautiful Dordogne valley (Perigord Noir) in the famous "Golden Triangle" of Sarlat / Domme and Bergerac and thus offers a great base for a special holiday. If you are planning to discover the culinary and other delights of the Périgord on foot, on horseback, by bike, by canoe or by car, you will find the ideal base here. Those who like to take up the fishing rod or golf club will also get their money's worth here.
