Recent Provencal villa with spacious comfort on a hilltop with beautiful panoramic views and a unique exceptional silence. The house is equipped for a maximum of 4 people. There are three bathrooms and three toilets. The villa is isolated (in a classified nature reserve) and yet only 3 km from a picturesque village of Cazals with 600 inhabitants and a local Sunday market.
There is a beautiful swimming lake nearby and a magnificent outdoor swimming pool at 4 km (Salviac). Many tourist attractions are within easy reach. We think of Rocamadour (Jardin des singes), the castle of Bonaguil, medieval Domme, Cahors, Salat and for example a kayak trip on the Dordogne or the Lot. Of course you can visit caves or follow the routes of the wine castles. Cinephiles will find what they are looking for 2 km from Gindou, where a major film festival takes place every year during the penultimate week of August. There is also free WIFI. There is free baby cot and high chair. There is also a brand new swimming pool (8 by 4 m based on electrolysis) with bench at the front and side with accompanying sun terrace. There are comfortable loungers and all kinds of flowers such as roses, lavender, laurel and others provide a colorful exterior. There are also figs, plums, cherries and apple and pear trees. Even pomegranate, palm, olive, norwegians, pomegranate trees are not missing.
The various houses of the villages built in authentic style (sometimes only a dozen houses) will make you nostalgic. Usually they are decorated with Mediterranean plants and you will find total tranquility there.
