Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

-Free cancellation up to 1 month before departure date.
-The price includes : accommodation, gas; electricity and water consumption. Free use of Wifi and air conditioning.
-Final cleaning is also included in the price.
-Parking space in the garage under the house for 2 cars: free + parking behind the house also free.
-Deposit : 200 € (to be paid at the time of booking)
-Not included in the price : tourist tax.
