Denise is a spacious and completely detached holiday home with a well-maintained garden all around. Here you will find a beautiful private heated swimming pool (fenced and heated via solar panels), a jacuzzi for extra relaxation, a pool house with summer kitchen and a sunny terrace where you can enjoy the setting sun in the evening with a glass of wine. The villa is located near the characteristic village of Carlux, halfway between Souillac and medieval Sarlat, and only a few kilometers from the Dordogne river. Nearby you will also find an excellent restaurant where you can eat surprisingly well and inexpensively.
Interior
On the ground floor is a spacious living room with open kitchen, equipped with all conveniences such as dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From the conservatory you look out over the spacious garden. Furthermore, downstairs you will find a bathroom with shower, double sink and bidet, plus a separate toilet. On the first floor there are four bedrooms (three with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a second bathroom with double sink and bath.
Outside
The large private heated swimming pool features an infinity system, fence and alarm, ideal for families. Next to the pool is the pool house with summer kitchen, a barbecue and the jacuzzi: the perfect place to completely unwind and enjoy together.
Environment
Thanks to its central location, Souillac and Sarlat are quickly accessible. Charming villages such as Domme, Beynac and La Roque-Gageac and the famous caves of Les Eyzies are also nearby. The Dordogne river is only 4 km away and offers plenty of opportunities for canoeing or fishing.
