Denise

Denise is a spacious and completely detached holiday home. In the well-kept garden that surrounds the house is a beautiful heated private swimming pool, which is completely fenced. The pool is heated by solar panels. There is also a pool house. In addition, there is a sun terrace that offers the opportunity to enjoy the setting sun in the evening while enjoying a glass of French wine. This property is located near the characteristic village of Carlux, halfway between Souillac and Sarlat, just a few kilometers from the Dordogne river. A short distance away is a fantastic restaurant where you can eat super good and inexpensive!

Interior
On the ground floor is a spacious living room with open kitchen. This is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, fridge and freezer and there is also plenty of cooking utensils. Next to the living room is a conservatory, where you have a view over the spacious garden. Furthermore, a bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet and two sinks. Also a separate toilet. All 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. The first three bedrooms have a double bed. The last bedroom has two single beds.  There is also a bathroom upstairs with two sinks. There is also a bathtub here.

Outside
Lovely large heated private swimming pool, with both a fence and alarm. This pool has an overflow system. Next to the pool is the pool house, which is equipped with a summer kitchen. Furthermore, the barbecue is located here.

Environment
The house Denise has a very central location, as it is close to the villages of Souillac and Sarlat. Here are a bakery and several restaurants. Furthermore, the house is not far from the many attractions that both the Dordogne and the Lot have to offer. A short distance away is the fortified town of Domme, the beautifully situated villages of Beynac and La Roque-Gageac and the famous caves at Les Eyzies. There is also a possibility of canoeing and fishing, at a distance of only 4 km.

Activities
As mentioned, there are many activities in the vicinity of the beautiful house Denise. Among other things, you can take walks and bike rides in the beautiful nature, but there is also an opportunity to discover the charming villages and towns in the area and enjoy the many local delicacies.
