At the rear you can both sit in the sun and enjoy the shade.
The large covered terrace of 5 by 4 meters, where you can all sit together and possibly bbq. This terrace flows into the sun terrace. In total, the terrace is 55 m2 in size!

The spacious sitting area with the display cabinet, the wood stove for spring and autumn and the widescreen flat screen TV (120 cm diagonal).

The dining area. The sliding door is here obscured by the electric shutter from the heat. Of course you can also turn off the electric awning. The dining area overlooks the backyard. But probably you usually eat outside! Left the passage to the open kitchen.

There are three indoor padel courts half an hour away from Villa 'Village'.
The 18-hole golf course 'Golf International de la Prêze' with excellent catering is a 10-minute walk from Villa 'Village'.
Wakeboarding is a popular activity near Villa 'Village'. Very nice for children and adults.
A stone's throw from Villa 'Village' you can enjoy culinary delights in a restored old water mill at 'Moulin de la Tardoire'. A restaurant from the Michelin guide with a reasonable price.

New (3rd) terrace with pergola in backyard. Cozy under the big tree, plenty of shade for the hot days. Here is also the (fixed) bbq and sun beds.

The park has two tennis courts with several bowling alleys, table tennis tables and the possibility to play basketball in the background
Main entrance, entrance is east. Our house is easy to reach through this entrance.
Golf de la Preze is located right next to the park. A beautiful 18-hole course with GVB, beautiful driving range but also the 18-hole pitch and put is very nice and you don't need a GVB for this. Owners and their guests receive a discount.
Velorail, a fun activity to discover the area in a special way

Karting in the open air on the beautiful track in Teyjat, about 27 km from Le Chat.
The famous limousin cows. They can be found in abundance in the area. Nice during walks or a nice car ride
Chateau de la Rochefoucauld. Well worth a visit, also nice with children is that you can dress up
The area is also very beautiful and suitable for walks
Angoulême is a nice city, known for all the cartoons on the buildings. It has cozy squares to have a drink and the more famous chains are also here. Very nice to do is the walking tour through the city along all the cartoon drawings.
Perigueux is the capital of the Dordogne and definitely worth a visit. See also more information under extra and then other information.

Bordeaux is a very beautiful city, both for culture and for shopping and has many cozy squares with restaurants for something to drink or eat
