Via a beautiful driveway you reach Le Clos de Milhac, a real gem among the holiday homes in Southwest France. "Le Clos" means enclosed grounds, and that is exactly what you will find here: a luxurious oasis, completely private situated on a large property surrounded by lawns and forests on the border of the Lot and the Dordogne.
The villa was completely renovated in 2026 and furnished with great care and attention to detail. With 358 m² of living space, seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, this is an excellent place for large groups or groups looking for comfort, luxury and space.
The house consists of two parts, connected internally via the kitchen: enjoying the communal living spaces together, while everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom.
We don't have actual photos of everything yet: the house is still being prepared for rental in 2027.
Inside
The first part features a kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with private bathroom and an attractive library. The second floor offers a second bedroom with bathroom and a cozy children's corner.
The second part has on the ground floor two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms and also three bathrooms.
All bedrooms have large beds and air conditioning.
Outside
The wide grounds invite you to completely relax or enjoy to the fullest with the whole group. In the center is the heated private swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters, with a shallow area with luxurious sunbeds in the water: perfect for cooling off with a drink. Around the pool is a terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. For cosy evenings, there's a pétanque court, and the huge grassy area has plenty of space to play, relax or just find a quiet spot among the trees.
Surroundings
A village with bakery, small shop and restaurant is about 4 km away, the supermarket about 12 km away. The green surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling and canoeing, and for discovering charming villages, markets and sights in the Lot and the Dordogne.
