From the kitchen you can set the table outside, and enjoy!
The kitchen is really the heart of the house, cooking or all together at the table for a game. In winter it is wonderfully comfortable here and the wood stove adds a warm atmosphere
No inspiration for cooking or baking? Look at one of the hundreds of cookbooks that are in the kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable appliances, from food processor to blender, from microwave to oven and from toaster to dishwasher.
A large sofa, an ottoman or a comfortable chair. Choose where to sit and grab a book or grab one of the 400 DVDs and have a relaxed movie night.
Next to the stove are the kindling woods, and a large container with wood.

This is what your holiday home looks like from the outside, at the top of your private garden of half a hectare.

You have the swimming pool to yourself with all the privacy that entails.
The kitchen: lovely place to wake up slowly in front of the kitchen window in the morning with a cup of tea. Cupboard and cutlery drawers from the local furniture maker, and space for lunch box and oven. Favorite spot of our children when they were little.

The Old School in the French Corèzze is a luxury holiday villa with 300M2 of living space and a lovely garden of 1000 m2.
Cool down and splash when it gets hot.
A wonderful Entertainment space in the attic: The Living Lounge. With a Home Cinema, Table Tennis. Air conditioning. Put your offspring here, you don't have a child with them anymore.
The master bedroom is located in the old kitchen where the sisters who lived there prepare their food.
The spacious living space. The dining and sitting area are visible, the kitchen island on the right. High windows and doors offer a view of the leafy garden.
The dining table can easily accommodate 8 people.
French charm...
Sitting area for hours of chilling, drinking and watching TV. And during the colder days for the large fireplace that heats the room in no time.
The old 'en pierre' wall is partly visible in the living room.
TV, books.. Ready to use.
Lots of privacy in the large garden that covers approximately 1000 m2. An enclosed courtyard with a wide green strip around it, the 'backyard'. Many gigantic boxwood hedges enclose the whole.
The covered terrace where you can dine long and sheltered during the day and in the evening with a beautiful view over the (atmosphere full of illuminated) garden.
The original wooden garden table and old school benches serve as a dining set for eating al fresco and also enjoying one of the beautiful views from the house.

The courtyard garden faces right south and is sheltered from wind. Two old pollard linden trees and a covered terrace of 40 m2 offer plenty of shade. Comfortable garden furniture for sunbathing is widely available.
