The cottage is located on a quiet property of 1.8 ha with its 2 goats, its crowing rooster and its 2 hens, a pond of 5,000 m², an old sheepfold converted into a cottage for 9 people not overlooked.

You will be 5 minutes from the village of Château Chervix, its 12th century tower (lit up at night) and its village grocery store. And 30 minutes from Limoges.

You will spend your stay in the middle of the valleys of the South Haute Vienne countryside, an ideal place for rest and lovers of the great outdoors.
Guests have shared access to a private beach by the pond to relax, swim or fish. You can also enjoy a large meadow to spend quality time together.

In the surrounding area, you can go hiking and cycling. If you go a little further, you can discover places such as Oradour-sur-Glane, Périgeux, Collonge-la-Rouge...

Over the period from November to April, a period that can vary depending on weather conditions, a wood package will be charged in addition to the rental price, at a rate of 125€/week.

In the other months, depending on the weather, a wood package is offered on request, at a price of €35 per wheelbarrow.
