Holiday home France, Corrèze – villa Villa de Vacances Ancienne Ecole
The Old School in the French Corèzze is a luxury holiday villa with 300m2 of living space and a lovely garden of 1000m2.
Sitting area for hours of chilling, drinking and watching TV. And during the colder days for the large fireplace that heats the room in no time.

The master bedroom is located in the old kitchen where the sisters who lived there prepare their food.
The dining table can easily accommodate 8 people.

The old 'en pierre' wall has been opened up in the living room.
Lots of privacy in the large garden that covers approximately 1000 m2. An enclosed courtyard with a wide green strip around it, the 'backyard'. Many gigantic boxwood hedges enclose the whole.
The lovely heated swimming pool. Open from April.
A wonderful Entertainment space in the attic: The Living Lounge. With a Home Cinema, Table Tennis. Air conditioning. Put your offspring here, you don't have a child with them anymore.
Toilet and sink.
The spacious living room. Visible are the dining and sitting area, the kitchen unit is left out of sight. High windows and doors offer views of the leafy courtyard.
The courtyard is located directly on the sunny south and is sheltered from wind. Two old bun-lime trees and a covered terrace of 40 m2 provide sufficient shade. Comfortable garden furniture for sunbathing is widely available.
The covered terrace where you can dine long and sheltered during the day and in the evening with a beautiful view over the (atmosphere full of illuminated) garden.
The original wooden garden table and old school benches serve as a dining set for eating al fresco and also enjoying one of the beautiful views from the house.

Behind the third door is the second bedroom with an antique double bed and cupboard and sink.
Door 4 goes to the third bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe.
The last door 5 takes you to the 4th bedroom with a box spring bed and sink.

Zo ziet uw vakantieverblijf er van buiten uit, bovenaan uw privé tuin van een halve hectare.

Het zwembad hebt u voor uzelf met alle privacy van dien.
De keuken: heerlijk plekje om 's morgens voor het keukenraam langzaam wakker te worden met een kop thee. Kast en bestekladen van de plaatselijke meubelmaker, en plaats voor broodtrommel en oventje. Favoriet plekje van onze kinderen toen ze klein waren.

Onder de abri van het grote terras kunt u heerlijk in de schaduw zitten. Genieten van een mooie Franse wijn, of van Hollandse koffie. Wij eten er vaak 's avonds met de verlichting aan. En als u die uit doet, ziet u een sterrenhemel zoals u nog nooit hebt gezien.
Vanaf hetzelfde terras in andere richting zicht: op het zwembad en de oude waterput.

De eetkamer met rechts nog net de overkapping van de schouw en links onder een kussen van de zithoek.

's Avonds zit ik hier nog wel eens te werken. Maar de kast achter mij staat vol spelletjes. En links staan de boeken.
