Mille Joies is a converted farmhouse, on a dead end road, bordering meadows and forest, in the middle of the French countryside.
There are 4 apartments that can be rented together, by a group or several families.
Two apartments are wheelchair friendly .
Each apartment can also be rented individually, per person or family.
You can eat together in our common room . But it is also the place where you can have a drink, eat an ice cream and play games together or watch a movie and sporting events on the big screen.
The (permanent) swimming pool provides the necessary cooling in the summer. There are sun and shade areas with sun loungers all around.
Also present at Mille Joies :
- library with magazines, books, games and toys,
- bowling alley, sandbox, swings, table tennis table
- sun loungers in the sun or shade,
- information point for a day out, sports, walking and cycling routes
- large meadow to play in
Each apartment has its own entrance, a private terrace and a beautiful view over the countryside and the setting sun.
Each living area has a dining area, sitting area with sofas and a fully equipped kitchen.
Mille Joies is located 7 km from Lubersac , a village with an ancient past.
There you will find bakeries, supermarkets, gas stations, post office, medical center and various terraces and eateries.
For the 'big city' one has to drive 30 minutes, Limoges and Brive are great cities for shopping and visiting museums.
The Corrèze region is known for its many small, authentic French villages. There is a lot of culture to discover and visit.
In the summer there are many village festivals, street events and food markets with local products.
Tourism here is still small-scale, the real French life has not yet disappeared here.
