The house is built against the mountain, in a very quiet location, only 10 min. walk to the village center. The accommodation is semi-detached with the owner's house. Private entrance with shutter, contemporary furnishings and equipped with Internet/WIFI and (French) TV Outside next to the entrance of the gîte is a breakfast terrace.
Layout: ground floor: very functional and fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining comfortable living room. First floor: under the ceiling reaching to the ridge (with fan) are two single beds (90 x 200) with high quality mattresses, annex spacious modern bathroom with two sinks, shower and toilet.
The garden, surrounded by a beech hedge, which is exclusively available to guests, has a magnificent view over the valley with Brive la Gaillarde and Gare d'Aubazine. The garden is equipped with parasols, sun loungers, a table and chairs.
