Domaine Leyvinie, gite Mourvedre

Domaine Leyvinie is located on a hill, surrounded by nature so that you have a fantastic view on all sides. You can relax by the 6 x 12 meter swimming pool, or on your private terrace.
During the summer months we provide table d'hôtes if there is enough interest. Freshly made takeaway meals can be ordered daily (except Thursdays) and freshly baked bread is delivered in the morning.
For 9.50 pp you can use the breakfast buffet.
There is a house and 2 buildings with 3 gites each. The maximum number of guests is 31. Gite Mourvedre is a spacious gite. On the ground floor is a toilet, kitchenette (with microwave, 4 gas burners, toaster, coffee maker and fridge with separate freezer compartment), living room and door to the terrace. On the upper floor is a 1 person room, a room with bunk beds and a room with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Guests have access to their own home. The pool, garden and laundry room are shared with other guests. Breakfast and dinner are served on our private terrace with magnifique views. In the garden there is a ping-pong table and a dartboard. You can also borrow rackets, petanque and board games from us. 
We live on the property and are at your service every day.
Domaine Leyvinie is located on the edge of the village of Perpezac-le-Blanc where there is a bakery, a restaurant, a bar/tabac, a post office and a multi-sports ground (tennis). In Objat (12km) you will find the large supermarkets, The "ecopiscine" with an indoor pool and outdoor pool with slide, several restaurants and everything you need. There is also a nice market on Sunday morning. If you take the car, there are plenty of nice villages, castles and gardens to visit. "Lac du Causse" is 20 km away with various water sports. There are also activities in the area such as a climbing forest, paintball, quad biking, golf, horseback riding, paragliding, ballooning etc etc. You will not be bored here.
