Domaine Ballore is located in the heart of nature, on the heights of Simiane Collongue, a village located in the heart of Provence, between Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Aubagne. The independent studio is located on a 10-hectare property, at the foot of the Pilon du Roi, the emblematic summit of the Massif de l'Étoile that separates Marseille and Aix en Provence. A haven of peace in the middle of olive trees, Provençal guarrigue, in the hills of Pagnol.
Adjoining another studio, in a renovated former stable, the Le Grand Puech studio is composed of a sleeping area with 160x200cm bed, storage space and TV, and an equipped kitchenette (sink, 2 ceramic hobs, table-top refrigerator, microwave), separate shower room/WC.
The 28m² terrace has an electric plancha for the barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs and offers a beautiful unobstructed view of nature. The estate of several hectares is accessible to guests, as well as its large swimming pool of 16x8m (depth from 1 to 2.5m) open from May to September from 10am to 6.30pm. The common areas (petanque court, orchard, ping pong table, badminton, swimming pool) are shared with the owners, a studio and a gîte. Washing machine shared by the two studios in the room under the pool.
