Through the terrace you enter the living room with large dining table and sitting area with two single beds (90 x 190). To the left of the living room, two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90 x 190), the other with a double bed (140 x 190) and a single mattress (90 x 190) on a mezzanine. On the right is a kitchen corner with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4-burner gas stove and crockery, cutlery, etc. Behind it is the bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Large terrace with table, parasol, small barbecue and beautiful view over the lake.

Ideal to enjoy the peace and quiet in the evening with a glass of wine....

The Etang de Berre is the largest salt lake in Europe, an inlet of the Mediterranean Sea!!

Sun, water, peace and conviviality... but also a cultural holiday, a golf holiday... everything is possible here...

"La Côte Plage" is a charming private holiday domain in the heart of PROVENCE, 3km north of the charming town of "Istres", right opposite the authentic fishing village of "Saint Chamas".

5 houses, in the middle of nature, built against a hill, each with a private terrace and a beautiful view over the Etang de Berre, the largest salt lake in Europe, which is in open connection with the Mediterranean Sea near Martigues, also called "la petite Venise".

Swimming pool, trampoline, ping-pong, barbecue, etc. are at your and your children's disposal.
Of course you can also swim in the lake. You can take paddleboards and small boats with you free of charge. There is plenty of space, sometimes it seems as if the entire lake is ours.
For golf enthusiasts, there are beautiful golf courses nearby.

Due to the central location of the park, you can see a lot of Provence without having to drive much. Les Alpilles with the famous towns of Les Baux, St. Rémy de Provence and Fontvieille, La Côte Bleue and the beaches of Fos sur Mer and Martigues are less than 20 minutes away. The sandy beach of Istres is 3 km away.
Within 40 minutes you can be in Arles, Aix en Provence or Marseille.
La Camargue, le Lubéron as well as the cities of Avignon and Nîmes can be reached within an hour.

The cottage has duvets, blankets and pillows, you can rent sheets or bring your own.

In the late 1960s my father sailed by boat via rivers and canals to the South of France. This is how he ends up on the Etang de Berre .. loses his heart to Provence and creates «La Côte Plage». A lovely place right on the water, an average of 3000 hours of sunshine a year (yes, yes, really .. thanks to the famous Mistral!), What more do you want, I eventually follow his example in 1981 and now live together with my children Mike and Marc- also among the "cigales" .. like a god in France !! We require a 50% deposit, the balance is due 30 days
paid before arrival

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason,
the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (also
if, for example, this has already been passed on by telephone to the
lessor).The lessor will charge the following amounts,
depending on the date of written cancellation
by the tenant:
