On holiday together — each in your own world.

What makes this holiday home unique: the second bedroom with ensuite bathroom is not located in the main house, but in the detached annex in the large garden. Two couples, each with a full bedroom, private bathroom and private front door. Enjoy the private pool and pool house bar together. Retreat into your own sphere whenever you want. In Provence, surrounded by vineyards and cypresses.

The main house has a warm, tasteful living room (Dutch TV), a fully equipped kitchen and a first bedroom with ensuite bathroom with rain shower. The spacious covered south terrace — overlooking the deeply fenced garden — is the place where you have breakfast, and where you don't want to leave after sunset.

The detached annex, only 7 meters from the house but completely on its own, offers the second couple a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom. No shared hallway. True privacy.

The private swimming pool is centrally located in the fully fenced garden — not overlooked. Next to it is the pool house: a sheltered terrace with bar, fridge, audio and deckchairs. The perfect base for a long lazy day. Behind the pool: a small private vineyard with olive trees, enclosed by a stately row of tall cypress trees.

Eight wine estates within cycling distance. Domaine de Trévallon is a 5-minute drive away — one of Provence's most renowned producers. Château Romanin, Dalmeran and Mas de la Dame are equally far. We will be happy to help you book a tasting.

Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (7 min.) has it all: a lively market on Wednesdays, excellent restaurants, authentic terraces and the legacy of Van Gogh and Nostradamus. Arles (15 min.), Avignon (20 min.), Pont du Gard (30 min.) and the Camargue with its flamingos and beaches (40 min.) are within easy reach. Hiking trails to Les Baux and the Montagnettes start around the corner. You can walk straight into the mountains from the house at the end of the street next door.

We have been renting this house for more than 15 years. After booking you will receive our personal guide: the best restaurants, secret market addresses, walking and cycling routes, city tips and our own top of the wine estates. If you need other tips about the area, we are happy to provide them as well.

Additional information

The Pont du Gard is a Roman aqueduct which was later extended to bridge. The building is located just south of the town of Vers-Pont-du-Gard in France, near Nimes and Uzes and a World Heritage Site.
This wonderful city to visit and shop
There are weekly markets in Saint Remy de Provence, Arles, Eygaliers, Tarascon, Saint Maries of La Mer, Aix en Provence, Marseille

Next door, there are as many as 8 vineyards, including some excellent red and rosé producers: Domaine de Trevallon, Dalmeran, Chateau Romanin, Mas de la Dame and Mas de Berthe.
The Venice of Provence, known for its many tributaries of the Sorgue River, where the famous antiques market can be found in the morning. Furthermore, quiet town with next to the church in the center a nice café, la. France, in Art Nouveau style. Good to combine with a trip to Mont Ventoux or Carpentras.
A pleasant city with a great Roman past: the famous bullring (not only bullfighting) and the Maison Carrée, a city center worth seeing with Les Halles, among others! Good to combine with Uzes and Pont du Gard, but also the beach of the Mediterranean Sea.
A medium-sized city on the Rhône, almost all sights are within the old city walls: the famous Palais des Papes, many cozy streets with all kinds of shops, terraces and restaurants, but also the Halles-covered market. Of course, don't forget to visit the Pont d'Avignon (officially Pont St. Benezet)! Throughout the month of July is the big Festival d'Avignon.
Perched on a rocky outcrop, the village of Les Baux-de-Provence has an incredibly rich architectural heritage. The citadel dominates natural areas of breathtaking beauty. Exceptional scenery to revive the stories of the past, perpetuate traditions, art house men came to settle there, hosting prestigious events. These historic places offer many other temptations. The tradition of hospitality is always present with its gourmet restaurants and charming
The city is best known because Vincent van Gogh lived there for a few years and made many of his later famous paintings there. But Arles has much more to offer, it has a long and rich history and much of it can still be admired.
An authentic and quiet village of Eygalières in Provence, with its characteristic stone houses and charming streets. There are several cafes and restaurants.
From St Rémy it is possible to rent e-bikes, so you can explore the area beautifully. We can help with this, the rental and the route.
There are several golf courses nearby, including Domaine de Manville.
